ABOUT SANTIXS

the strategy isn't your problem. owning the execution is.

you know where revenue should go. what's missing is someone accountable for the work that gets you there.

ABOUT PATRICK

15+ years in the seats most consultants haven't sat in.

i'm Patrick. i came up through field marketing and sales development and have worked every revenue seat since: BDR, AE, sales manager, marketing manager, sales leader, and now, founder.

i have scaled B2B sales teams through three revenue stages: $0 to $1M, $25M to $50M, and $50M to $100M ARR. clients have included Topcoder, OpenSesame, Torc, NAVA Software, and others. depth runs deepest in two-sided talent and learning marketplaces, and in restoration, on both the service and the software side.

the reason any of that transfers: fifteen years as marketing's internal customer, taking the leads and running the reps who had to work them. not an outside critique of marketing. a report from the receiving end.

i am good at this because i believe people can be and do better. i know it because it happened to me, early, when i was 1099 and commission-only and somebody handed me a reading list instead of a script. i still have coaches, in business and outside it. some of that is on the individual, which is why i hire for four things before experience: coachable, takes ownership, entrepreneurial, willing to put in the work. the rest is on whoever is leading them and on the company that built the process they are running, and that part is the job.

this is a people business. the systems are how you coach more than one person at a time, and the data is how you see any one of them clearly enough to be useful. what looks like a performance problem is usually a process nobody wrote down, A/B tested, or iterated on.

outside of work, usually with my wife and three kids, wrenching on my Miata, or cheering for fellow underdogs.

HOW SANTIXS IS BUILT

built lean by design.

SantiXS runs as a small core team with a deep partner network. Patrick leads engagements directly and stays accountable for direction, quality, and outcome.

the three things we build are run in-house. when a job needs a specialism outside them, like design and UX, brand, video, or gtm engineering and automation, we bring in trusted partners who've worked alongside us for years.

  • AN AGENCY ROSTER

overhead you pay for on every engagement, whoever actually shows up.

  • A SOLO CONSULTANT

one pair of hands, under a ceiling that does not move. it runs out of hours.

  • SANTIXS

one name on the outcome. specialists come in named, for the piece they own.

WHO WE ARE BUILT FOR

fit, and not fit.

all three on the left, not two of three. any one on the right and we will say so on the call.

we're a fit when

  • someone owns the revenue number, and that someone will be in the room
  • there is a human on your side who does the follow-up
  • what closes a deal is a conversation, not a checkout
  • you want operators in the work, not advisors on the sidelines
  • you'd rather build the system than buy the deck
  • your team has bandwidth to engage with us, not delegate-and-disappear

we're not a fit when

  • nobody owns a revenue number yet (the conversation is open, the engagement model is not built for it)
  • you want a slide deck and a list of recommendations
  • nobody on your side does the follow-up (we build a motion someone runs, not a list someone receives)
  • your buyer completes the purchase alone (self-serve and e-commerce are a different craft)
  • you want lock-in and a black box
  • you want an agency with a 50-person roster on every engagement

if you're not sure where you fit, book a call. we'll tell you straight.
